What's in the directory

Finding somewhere to train martial arts in Norway usually means digging through club sites nobody has touched since 2019, Facebook groups and Instagram accounts. This is the same information in one place: 518 clubs across 11 counties, each with its town, county, team, the sports it trains, address, price, website and social channels. All of it is read off the clubs' own pages, and every detail links back to its source.

There are three ways in: by club, by sport (judo, karate, Muay Thai, BJJ, taekwondo and the rest), or by where you live, using the map. If you don't yet know what you're looking for, the sport picker sorts it by what you want out of training.

If you're completely new, what you're wondering about before a first class is in the beginner's guide and the FAQ: what it costs, what to bring, and what actually happens in the room.

The directory is run by people who train. We don't rank clubs and nobody pays to be listed. If your club is missing or something is out of date, tell us and we'll fix it.
